The 9201 surface-mount reed relay series from Coto features available coil voltage options of 5V_DC and 12V_DC with a switching voltage of 200V, switching current of 0.5A. The 9201 reed relay offers a low profile of 4.83mm which meets high board density requirements. They have hermetically sealed contacts for long life and moulded thermoset body on integral lead frame design, high speed switching compared to electromechanical relays and high reliability. The 9201 series relays are ideally suited to the needs of automated test equipment, instrumentation and telecommunications requirements.
