TMR Digital Open-Drain Magnetic Sensor

The RedRock™ RR132-2E22/2E23 sensor series from Coto Technology is a range of digital open-drain magnetic sensors designed using a patented Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology with seamless CMOS integration. The RR132-2E22/2E23 series features a typical operate sensitivity of -15 G (-1.5 mT), with a unipolar magnetic field response. They offer a wide supply voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V, ideal for applications ranging from small battery-powered electronics to industrial machinery. The TMR sensors have a typical current drain of 85nA (at 3V and operating at 10Hz) and are available with operating temperature ranges of -40°C to +85°C (RR132-2E22-551) or -40°C to +125°C (RR132-2E23-551). These sensors are ideal for use in medical, industrial, automotive, and consumer applications.
