The NVE ADL924-14E nanopower digital switch integrates NVE’s patented Spintronic GMR technology. Which offers a digital low-power CMOS circuitry and onboard signal processing. The ADL series from NVE is continuously operating to further reduce the power consumption which is ideal for operating from a 3.3V power supply or single lithium cell battery. The nanopower switch is extremely small in an ultraminiature ULLGA package and has a magnetic operate point of 28Oe (typ.).
The NVE ADL924-14E GMR nanopower digital switch covers the following applications:

ADL Series Nanopower Magnetic Sensor Demonstration
NVE show the low power and high sensitivity of their unique ADL series of nanopower magnetic switches. These magnetic switches are the smallest parts in their class (1.1 mm x 1.1 mm), with the high sensitivity and (20 Oe operate points), and lowest power (as low as nanowatts). |

ADL021 Nanopower Magnetic Switch Mini Evaluation Board
A new mini evaluation board shows the low power, high sensitivity, and small size of NVE's ADL021 magnetic switch. The 20 Oersted magnetic operate point allows wide distances between the sensor and magnet. Sensor power consumption is nanowatts, so they can run nearly forever on a watch battery, and the sensor is just 1.1 millimeters square, small enough to fit on the head of a pin. |

ADL Series Nanopower Magnetic Sensor Evaluation Kit
The ridiculously low power of NVE's ADL series nanopower magnetic sensors is shown with an analog meter driven by an amplifier with a gain of 1000, to provide a 100 nanoamp scale. The self-contained demonstrator runs on a single three-volt coin cell, and includes each of the three ADL sensor power ranges – the continuous duty ADL9xx; and the ADL0xx and ADL1xx, which are duty-cycled for power consumption in the nanowatts. In addition to ridiculously low power, ADL-Series sensors are the most sensitive and smallest sensors in their class, with magnetic operate points as low as 20 Oersteds, and packages that fit on the head of a pin. |
