The CS10T provides dual output signals for both pressure and temperature, streamlining installation by removing the need for multiple transducers. These outputs operate independently, enabling users to measure pressure, temperature, or both, based on their requirements.
Pressure Measurement
The CS10T employs MEMS silicon strain gauges attached to a stainless steel or nickel alloy sensing element. This proven technology ensures accurate, repeatable results with long-term stability. Various process connections are offered in materials such as 17-4PH, 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy C276, and Inconel 718 to meet compatibility needs for liquids and gases.
Temperature Measurement
Temperature is measured using a platinum RTD sensor positioned near the sensing element’s diaphragm. The resistance is amplified to produce the configured output signal, providing a reliable reference temperature measurement that allows for improved process control and monitoring.
Output Signal
The integrated ASIC electronics deliver dual analog voltage or 4-20mA loop-powered output signals. These electronics process raw pressure and temperature sensor data, converting them into precise readings for both parameters.
Electrical Connections
The sensor is customizable to meet environmental requirements, including IP-69-rated designs. Available electrical connectors include M12x1, Deutsch DT04-4P, 6-Pin Bayonet, and EN 175301-803 Forms A and
