The RL1220 low ohmic thin film resistor is part of the RL series of short-sided terminal metal foil low resistance chip resistors from Susumu. The RL1220 model has a 0805 chip size and is available in E-24 resistance values between 0.01Ω to 100Ω. Susumu’s metal foil technology offers a power rating of up to 0.33W as well as a very stable TCR, down to 0 ~ +100 ppm/°C at low resistances. These resistors have been developed to withstand high operating temperatures of −55°C to +125°C. This series utilises an innovative structure that takes heat dissipation into consideration. This structure suppresses the surface temperature, enabling small chip sizes as well as a reduction of the influence on surrounding components.
