The PMH-D bondable high-power resistor series from Isabellenhütte is a bondable high power resistor, with gold plated 4-terminal surface-mount Kelvin connection technology. Developed with a chip size of 2512, a resistance value of 0.002Ω, a 5W permanent power rating and a TCR of <±50 ppm/°C (between +20°C and +60°C). The PMH-D series from Isabellenhütte also is with reverse side covered with gold flash (0.1 µm typical).
