Isabellenhütte BRS Series

The BRS current sensing resistor series from Isabellenhütte has excellent long term stability and is ideal for mounting on DBC and IMS substrates. This resistor has a surface mount design with a maximum solder temperature up to 350°C for 30 seconds or 250°C for 10 minutes. The BRS series has resistance values ranging from 0.002Ω to 0.025Ω and is produced from solid metal precision resistance materials.

• 2-terminal surface-mount resistor
• Resistance values between 0.002Ω and 0.025Ω
• Tolerance options of ±1%, ±2%, ±3% and ±5%
• TCR from ±100 ppm/°C (+20°C to +60°C)
• Temperature range from -55°C to +170°C
• Power rating of 2W (at 120°C)
• Inductance of <10nH
• Constant current up to 32A (0.0002Ω)
• AEC-Q200 qualified
• 3812 chip size
