Coto 9002 Series

The 9002 high performance SIP reed relay series from Coto features available coil voltage options of 5V_DC and 12V_DC with a switching voltage of 200V and switching current of 0.5A. Optional coaxial shielding for 50Ω impedance and switching of fast rise time digital pulses, as well as an optional coil suppression diode which protects coil drive circuits. The 9002 series relays are the industry standard when high reliability and consistent performance are desired in a compact package, with high speed switching compared to electromechanical relays. They have hermetically sealed contacts for long life (tested up to 1 billion operations) and with a moulded thermoset body on integral lead frame design, these relays are ideally suited to the needs of automated test equipment, instrumentation, telecommunications and RF applications.
