The IL710S-3E high speed digital isolator from NVE is rated with an isolation of 2.5kV_rms and 600 V_rms working voltage per VDE V 0884-10, these isolators are available in an 8-pin SOIC package and are specified over a temperature range of −40°C to +100°C.
